SPECIALTY: Sales Management and Pool Design

Marshall joined the Champagne family in 1983. His first task was to start an in-house service department to provide warranty support to our new pool construction. His second task was to develop the retail and weekly cleaning services business. To get a better understanding on how best to perform warranty and repair work, Marshall spent extensive time in the field with the construction crews, working through all phases of pool construction.

Several years later, Marshall stepped into the design and sales department, and was eventually promoted to Sales Management. Designing both commercial and residential pools, Marshall became one of the top producers within the Aquatech Society.

As a design professional, Marshall has won numerous local, regional and national awards including Best Of Show, Gold, Silver and Bronze Design Awards in residential pools. His designs have "attitude."

Marshall does an excellent job of setting expectations of communication, construction and service, and his commitment to his clients is second to none. He looks forward to helping bring family and friends together with new backyard living areas.
