Richard Moseley joined the Champagne Pools team in 1986, after a fruitful career in the U.S. Army Cadre.

Richard is our leading in-house expert in all aspects of swimming pool safety, design, engineering, construction and legislation. He's been an active member of the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA) for many years, having served multiple terms on the board of directors and the executive committees at local and regional levels since 1998.

Richard was named "Person of the Year" by the central Florida chapter of the FSPA, in 1999 and again in 2000.

Richard is a Licensed Commercial Contractor in the State of Florida (license # 057135), and an APSP Certified Pool Builder (CPB).
