Matt:  One of the experiences that was great is that from the time you signed the contract that they never left our side. Champagne was always there if we had a question, if we wanted advice or if we wanted to even make a change.

Jill:   About half way through the process of building our pool I wanted to make a change. And I was very nervous. I was scared to ask for that change. And when I did they came in, no problem made the change it was smooth.

Matt: This is my second Champagne pool, our second Champagne pool and we had a great experience the first time. We’ve even improved upon that great experience on our second pool because now we’re Champagne pool veterans and we have a good relationship with Champagne Pool and their staff.

Well, you know if I had to do it all over again I would choose Champagne again. Again we talked to five different builders in Central Florida and a lot of them are very popular builders. You know all of those top names that you see around and they were all good. But what set Champagne apart was not just the price but also on a personal level the type of people at Champagne. And the type of ideas and innovative designers like our designer Teri Smathers. An unbelievable designer she came in and blew us away with such a great touch with things that we wanted. She understood our budget and helped us work within our budget to get the most out of our pool. There is nothing that I would change about it. It’s been a great experience.

Maritta:  The advice that I would give in starting a pool, Champagne

Mike:  I think you know take advantage of the services that Champagne offers in terms of the sales   support, you know helping you design the pool, figuring out what your options are, and making sure that you end up with what you really want to end up with. Take advantage of their experience and you know we are very happy with what we ended up with mostly as a result of the suggestions we received from our salesman Rick.
Maritta: If I had to build a pool again I would definitely, definitely go with Champagne no one else they are the best.

Mike: Champagne pools did a fabulous job of keeping us informed as to what to expect that particular day. The crews that came out were outstanding they were professional. They told us what they were going to do and it was amazing seeing the transformation from a hole in the ground to a finished product that we are very, very proud of.
